How to order & Process
1 Contact via twitter DM @yumayuii
to be added to the waiting list, I will confirm your commission slot afterward. What may change depending on when the client is prepared to brief and other conditions that have been negotiated. If the client isn't prepared for the briefing yet, I will immediately skip to the next slot but still maintain right in the client’s slot. Clients have up to 2 month to prepare the brief. When 2 month have passed and the brief hasn't yet been sent, the client will immediately be removed from the waiting list.
(Waiting list will be consistently updated at 11.00pm +7gmt, you can contact me whenever I still accept commission, in case that I open a commission round I will announce how to claim a slot on my tweet about commission round.)
In case of urgent use, there will be additional charges depend on how complicated the artwork is (starting at 6$+)
2 Briefing and agreeing on the price
3 When I accept your order, I will send the sketch of the work to the client, In this process, client can ask the artist to edit the sketch for free (three times) As for the fourth time onwards, additional charges will apply starting at 2$ (depends of the details)
4 When the artwork sketch is confirmed, I will continue working when the client pays up front at least 50% of the full price.
After confirming the client cannot ask to edit the composition but can ask to edit small details and the color tone.
If the client wants to edit the artwork when the progress is more than 50%, the additional charge will be adjusted accordingly.
5 While working on your commission artwork, I will regularly send progress of the artwork, and when the client confirm the final product, I will send the artwork via google drive (the file extension will always be .png unless the client request for an alternative file extension)
If client want the separated artwork of the character and the background, additional charges will apply for about 6-30$+ depending on the details
Terms of Service
I have the right to refuse your commission request in any case. Canvas size in general are 2000*2700 pixels, 350 dpi.
Client will received .png file of commission art in google drive. The client can prescribe particularly how the file properties will be (Canvas size/File Extentions/Resolution/Color Profiles)
If the image size are larger than 3000x3000 pixels, additional charge will be applied since I have to refine more details in the artwork.
Work progress may range from days to months, depending on personal business and the details in the commission piece.While working I will inform the progress of the work regularly. If agreement on the deadline has not been made, please be patient.During the working process, I have the rights to post other artwork apart from your commission, accept artsign, or accept more queue allowing that will not affect the client queue which has been given a deadline.
These are notified in case some clients might not feel comfortable and want the artist to finish their commission all at once.
If I agree to accept your request and the client has paid in full or paid upfront, there will be no refund unless I cancel the current work or a mistake was made by me, I will gladly refund.In case that the client would like to change more than 70% of the brief, I will charge the artwork as a new piece to make up for the lost timeThe prices listed in the charts are for personal, non-commercial use only Commercial use will have additional charges for 30-75% of the base price, depending on what kind of use
Copyright & Usage policy
Every artwork produced will not be involved in NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens). commercial use are not exceptionalI retain all the rights to the produced artwork, and have the right to use the copyright artwork (with watermark) to put in my portfolio, post on websites, promotional purposes (on condition that are non-commercial) without informing client in advance, exception is made if the client have made agreement beforehand that the artwork are private use.The client has no right to edit my artwork without my permission.
For example : add lineart, edit the color or shadow of the image, delete some parts and redraw, etc.
For commercial use, the client has the right to profit from the art, for instance, business promotion, reproduction, selling prints, products, including retouching the artwork. But the client may not claim the image as their own even though the artwork has been altered.Fanart from games, anime, or organizations which have their own copyright and usage policy, those conditions will apply in the commission piece as well, please do verify in advance.
